Alexandra is Director and a highly experienced legal search specialist with over 15 years’ experience advising leading law firms and lawyers across the Asia-Pacific region. She specialises in placing Associates, Senior Associates and Counsel across a broad range of practice areas with national and international firms.


Having spent a decade recruiting in Hong Kong and Singapore before returning to Sydney in 2019, Alexandra brings deep regional market knowledge and a well-established national and international network. She works closely with law firm leadership teams on strategic hiring initiatives and is trusted by lawyers to provide clear, commercially focused career advice.


Known for her consultative and relationship-driven approach, Alexandra focuses on building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates, ensuring consistently high-quality search outcomes.

Rachel is an accomplished executive search consultant specialising in the legal sector. She works with a select group of leading international and specialist la w firms on retained partner and associate search mandates in Australia and overseas, combining global reach with deep local market insight.


Rachel began her career in recruitment in the investment banking sector in London and New York. After relocating to Australia she spent more than five years at Clayton Utz building strong relationships with partners and emerging legal talent before joining Definitive Consulting / DC L egal over eight years ago to focus exclusively on executive search.

With over 18 yea rs in legal recruitment, Michelle has a proven track record of successfully delivering on complex, high-stakes hiring from associate hiring in Australia to senior international appointments. Her expertise includes market mapping, talent pipelining, candidate sourcing and discrete due diligence.
