You will have direct access to top-tier law firm clients, unparalleled training, and a culture focused on knowledge sharing. We welcome candidates who are interested in working as either a resourcer or a 360 consultant.

The Role:

As a resourcer, you will support consultants by phone screening, generating candidate leads, coordinating interviews, and taking up references. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress to a 360 consultant role, or remain in a resourcing position—the choice is yours.
As a consultant, you will be introduced to a warm desk of clients and receive training in the world of legal support recruitment. You will build strong relationships with talent acquisition teams and help them fill hard-to-source roles.

About You:

The legal sector may sound challenging, but we can teach you that. This role is all about attitude—if you bring the right mindset, you can excel. A background in sales is preferred, and you must be comfortable working on the phone.
