Working as a paralegal, you will support the workers' compensation team and act on behalf of the injured to seek compensation for their injuries. The Role:
You will have carriage over your own matters and assist more senior lawyers and partners. You will have direct client contact and play a pivotal role in the success of the client's claims. Duties include:
- Preparation of court documents and ADR's
- Client liaison
- Court filing
- Attending to mediations and negotiations
About you:
As this is a small firm, experience in workers' comp as a paralegal is essential , on either the defendant or plaintiff side. You will have at least 3 years of your law degree completed and be available to work full-time .
