Looking for a Legal Secretary role that’s a little more interesting than managing diaries and chasing documents? This could be the one.

You'll need to be organised, commercially minded and confident juggling multiple priorities. Someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and finding better ways of doing things will thrive here.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Billing, WIP and matter financials
  • Cost estimates and client reporting
  • Opening, closing and archiving matters
  • Managing client requirements throughout the matter lifecycle
  • Practice management and operational processes
  • Supporting pitches, presentations and slide decks
  • Coordinating firm and client events
  • Getting involved in process improvement, new technology and AI initiatives
Why you’ll love it:
  • Strong salary for the experience required - $90K-$95K package
  • 2 days WFH - flexibility without losing the team environment
  • A genuinely career-focused role, rather than a traditional Legal Secretary position
  • Work closely with senior lawyers and PA's
  • Exposure to the commercial and operational side of a major law firm
  • Excellent learning and development framework
  • Strong opportunities for career progression
  • International exposure through the firm's global relationships
  • Great employee benefits and a genuine focus on wellbeing
If you're ready for a role that gives you more than just another desk, diary and inbox, I'd love to hear from you.

Please note: You’ll need full Australian work rights for this opportunity - Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Unfortunately, we’re unable to consider current law students for these roles.
