Rachel began her career in recruitment in the investment banking sector in London and New York. After relocating to Australia she spent more than five years at Clayton Utz building strong relationships with partners and emerging legal talent before joining Definitive Consulting / DC L egal over eight years ago to focus exclusively on executive search.
