During this time, she supported Partners and legal teams across a broad range of practice areas, giving her a genuine understanding of the demands, expectations and realities of working in legal support.
Now working in legal recruitment, Jodie uses that first-hand experience to connect legal support professionals with opportunities where they can genuinely thrive. Having sat on both sides of the recruitment process, she understands what makes a great candidate, what firms are looking for, and the importance of getting the right fit beyond simply matching a CV to a job description.
